Maroun has worked in the Telecom and Networking domain for more than 24 years in France, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates, providing consultancy & strategic advice to customers in the banking sector and Telecom operators across Europe and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Maroun has developed robust expertise in telecom systems, maintenance, support services, managed services, and has established strong relationships with key financial institutions in these regions.

Maroun holds a Telecom and Systems Engineering Degree from the University of Versailles, France.

VICTOR HAMOUSH

MANAGING PARTNER

Victor has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years, in Paris, London and Abu Dhabi; heading up the activities of several banks over the MENAT region, namely HSBC, Commerzbank, ING and FAB.

Since 2017, he has been a strategy consultant on capital markets and PE/VC investments for the World Bank covering the Middle East and CEMAC regions.

Throughout his career, he has developed a sound technical knowledge across different banking functions and solid relations with leading financial institutions (sovereign wealth funds, central banks and commercial banks) in the GCC.


Victor holds a Master in Finance from ESCP Business School in Paris, France and a Master in Political Management from George Washington University, USA.
